Candle Care & Safety
Your initial burn should be for around 3 hours.
To prevent the outer wall from melting, do NOT burn for more than 3 hours at a time.
Always trim your candle wick to about 0.5cm (using a wick cutting scissors) before relighting. Long wicks may cause too large a flame.
Always make sure your candle wick is straight. Curled wicks may melt the wax more towards one side of the outer wall.
After each burn, ensure the wax has solidified before relighting your candle.
This candle (150ml) burns for approximately 36-40 hours in total. Any more and the outer wall may start to melt/change shape. Stop burning or discard after.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Ensure candle is placed on a stable and heat resistant (non flammable) surface while burning.
Do not move the candle while it is burning or while wax is still liquid.
Avoid burning where there are strong winds such as windows and fans.
Keep candle away from flammable objects/liquids such as curtains, paper, sanitisers while in use to avoid fire hazards.
Keep burning candles out of reach of children and pets.
Do not burn candle overnight or while sleeping and do not use as a nightlight.
Extinguish candle when leaving the room or going to sleep.
Store in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight.
